When can I get my order?
All items listed “In-stock” will be sent out typically within 2 working days.

Our estimated delivery dates for pre-orders unfortunately has been delayed due to the effect COVID-19 is having on logistics globally. We will keep you updated and give you an indication of delivery date when we have more information.

Products currently on Pre-Order will have a estimated delivery time of Mid-November. We will provide updates as we approach this date closer.

When are you stocking more items?
As we grow, we will aim to increase our range whilst at the same time, endeavour to make some Australian made product ranges. More stock is currently on order every month. Keep up to date by subscribing to our emails.

Can I pre-order out of stock items?
We are currently working on each shipment of stock 1 at a time so the delay from purchase to delivery is minimised. When the new shipment starts the products are restocked on the website.

Packages and Sets?
We have some packages available on the website. Some items in these packages are located in different locations so you may receive 2 shipments.

Can I Click & Collect?
Yes you definitely can. When we have your order ready we will send you a notification and you can sprint to us and collect your gear. We have 2 locations so choose your pickup point correctly.

Why Did I pay for a Delivery Fee in a Stocked Location?

We currently operate from 2 locations

  • Townsville, Queensland
  • Melbourne, Victoria

Some items are located in both locations or just one. This will change as we grow as a National Supplier.  When placing a order, you may receive products from both locations.

 

Which Shipping Method Should I Choose At Checkout?
Simply choose the lowest cost delivery option you can see at checkout. We send all items by courier and will have tracking details attached to the fulfilment notification.

**Our courier does not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers**

 

How Do I Change My Order?
Prior to shipping and delivery you can contact us and we can change your order for you. Once the order is shipped, we can’t change it so make sure you provide us with sufficient notice.

 

Do we provide Australia Wide Shipping?
We offer discounted shipping at excellent rates which helps you, the consumer save. You can view your shipping rate at checkout under the shipping options tab, once you have entered your address.

 

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send an email to notify you which will also have a tracking number attached with the relevant courier. For bulk gym orders contact Roy@Thefitproject.net.au for a customised shipping price.

 

 

Warranty Information

Our goal is to supply you quality fitness equipment and all our items come with a one year warranty for home use. Commercial items come with a one year warranty for commercial use. For any warranty issues or questions please contact roy@thefitproject.net.au and we'll be happy to assist you.
